Please allow 14 business days for complete website setup. We’ll keep you updated via email throughout the process checking in regularly to see if you’d like to make any changes or additions, and to discuss details such as colors, fonts, and other design elements.

Once your service is booked, I’ll send you detailed instructions via email on:

• How to purchase your domain ( If you don’t have one)
• How to sign up for your Shopify store (Only if you don’t have one)
• How to provide me with temporary login access for 14 days so I can get started on your site. 

Turnaround Time & Extended Support Policy

Our standard website service includes 14 business days of design and support, starting from the date we begin your project. During this time, we’ll complete the layout, structure, and overall design of your site. To keep things running smoothly and respect the time of all clients, we ask that all necessary content (such as product photos and descriptions) be provided within this timeframe.

If you’re unable to provide certain elements like updated product images—within the 14 days, we’re happy to show you how to upload them yourself or walk you through the process. Or you can book our additional services fee 

Please note:

If we need to continue working on your website beyond the 14-day period due to missing content or delays on your end, an extended service fee of $75 will be applied. While we occasionally sometimes go over the 14-day mark to assist as a courtesy, this is NOT guaranteed and will depend on our current workload.
