All wholesale/private label orders are custom-made and require processing time. Current turnaround time is approximately 16–20 business days after mockup approval. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order arrives to us from our manufacturer, it will be inspected, packaged, and shipped to you with tracking information provided via email.
Mockup images will be sent before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all mockups including logo placement, spelling, colors, packaging styles, and product selections.
Once mockups are approved, production immediately begins and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Due to the custom/private label nature of our products, packaging styles and colors may occasionally vary based on our manufacturer stock availability.
If a specific packaging style becomes unavailable during production, a similar packaging option may be substituted while still maintaining your custom branding and overall aesthetic.
The Solid Collection Cosmetics reserves the right to make reasonable packaging substitutions when necessary.
All wholesale/private label orders are final sale due to customization and production costs.
Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not be accepted once orders have been placed and production has started.

Failure to send proper files may delay processing times.
Please ensure all shade selections, product names, tube selections, and packaging instructions are entered correctly at checkout inside the “INSTRUCTIONS TO SELLERS TAB” preferably or emailed immediately after placing your order.
The Solid Collection Cosmetics is not responsible for incorrect selections submitted by the customer after approval has been confirmed.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow carriers time to update tracking scans.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses submitted by customers, or delays caused by customs or holidays.
We kindly ask customers to remain respectful and professional throughout the wholesale process. We are committed to helping every client build and grow their beauty brand while providing the best experience possible especially during high order volumes.
