By completing your purchase with Solid Collection Cosmetics , you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   Due to the nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
   We do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.
4. Chargebacks
   By purchasing, you agree not to file chargebacks or disputes. We are committed to resolving any order issues directly through our customer service team.
5. Processing & Shipping
   Processing times and shipping estimates are listed on our website. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Please note: During overseas holidays such as Chinese New Year, production timelines may be extended. Customers will always be notified of any delays.
