By placing a wholesale/custom order with

Solid Collection Luxury Cosmetics LLC, you acknowledge and agree to our processing and shipping policies before completing your purchase.

Please note that all wholesale and private label orders require a processing timeframe of approximately 16–20 business days after your mockup sample has been approved. Once your mockup is approved, production, customization, logo printing, packaging, and shipping preparation will officially begin.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks once your order has been purchased. 

If an issue arises with your order, our team is committed to working with you to find the best possible solution for your brand. In certain situations, store credit, replacements, or other order accommodations may be provided at our discretion to ensure the best customer experience possible.

Please note: During my manufacture holidays shipping timelines may be extended. Customers will always be notified of ANY shipping delays.
