Refund Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, all sales are final  no refunds or exchanges for retail or wholesale orders.

 

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as it arrives at info@thesolidcollection.com
    • Include clear, detailed photos of the damaged products.
    • You must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
    • If you do not receive a response from The Solid Collection Team within 48 hours, please submit another contact request.
  • Carrier Liability: Solid Collection Cosmetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
    • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
    • If items are damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim.
    • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

Refunds, Cancellations & Policy Acknowledgment

Due to the custom nature of our wholesale and private-label products, all wholesale sales are final. You must acknowledge this upon checkout!!!

Once payment has been submitted, your order immediately enters our production queue and materials, printing, and customization may begin. For this reason, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or order modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Retail orders may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if products arrive damaged or if an error was made by our team. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photos of the products and packaging.

Before completing checkout, all customers are required to review and acknowledge our Shipping, Refund, and Store Policies by selecting the policy acknowledgment checkbox. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies, processing times, shipping timelines, refund terms, and customization requirements.

Failure to read the policies does not exempt a customer from the terms outlined within them.

Solid Collection Luxury Cosmetics reserves the right to deny refund requests, cancellation requests, or chargeback claims that contradict the policies agreed to at checkout.

By submitting payment, the customer enters into an agreement acknowledging and accepting all terms and conditions listed on our website.
