Shipping Policy

At Solid Collection Luxury Cosmetics, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Wholesale Orders Shipping policy 

All wholesale products are custom-made and printed specifically for your brand. Processing times begin after your mockup has been approved.

Standard Wholesale Shipping – $22

  • Orders are typically delivered within 16–20 business days after mockup approval.

Wholesale Sample Orders

  • Sample orders are typically delivered within 12–14 business days after purchase. Many sample orders arrive sooner depending on production and shipping timelines.

Priority Wholesale Shipping – $55

  • Priority orders receive expedited handling and are typically delivered within approximately 14 business days after mockup approval.

Free Wholesale Shipping

  • Wholesale orders of $350 or more qualify for FREE Priority Wholesale Shipping.

Weekends & Holidays

  • Wholesale orders are not processed, printed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Production Delays

  • During our manufacturer holidays, production and shipping timelines may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Additional Shipping Information Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full recipient name
  • Shipping address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit numbers
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Orders are processed using the information entered at checkout.

If you need to make a change to your shipping information, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order enters processing.

Requests submitted by email, social media, or other communication methods are not guaranteed to be updated before shipment.

For the fastest and most accurate processing, customers should ensure all shipping information is correct before completing checkout.

Solid Collection Luxury Cosmetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, returned shipments, customs issues, or delivery problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, shipping information can no longer be changed.

Invoices

All orders include a printed invoice inside the package.

Separate invoices are not routinely provided via email unless requested before shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
