Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Retail Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Wholesale Orders: Custom wholesale orders require 18–20 business days after your mockup has been approved before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after your shipping label has been created.
