How to get started with placing your wholesale order:

Select your favorite products & place order.

Browse our wholesale collections , choose the products you want, select your quantity and shade options, then add everything to your cart.

Send Your Logo & Customization Details

Before checking out, list all customization details in the Instructions to Seller box. After placing your order, email us your logo and include your order number.

mockup approval.

We’ll create a digital mockup showing how your products will look 48hrs after ordering . You’ll be able to review all names, colors, spelling, and placement before approving it.

Production begins

Once you approve your mockup, your custom order enters production. Changes cannot be made after moc up approval.

Quality Check & Shipping

Once your products arrive to our warehouse ,we inspect them and prepare your order for shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Yes! Solid Collection Cosmetics proudly ships both within the United States and internationally. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Retail Orders: Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Wholesale Orders: Custom wholesale orders require 18–20 business days after your mockup has been approved before shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates after your shipping label has been created. Please note that shipping carrier transit times are estimates and may vary. Solid Collection Cosmetics is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays.

Solid Collection Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Packages returned to us an undeliverable will be processed upon receipt, and store credit will be issued for eligible orders.

Because all wholesale orders are customized specifically for your brand, Solid Collection Cosmetics does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

After purchasing, email us your logo and order number.
Yes! At Solid Collection Cosmetics, you can select your products, shades, shade names, and available packaging colors. Your logo will be placed on the actual product and its packaging, giving your brand a complete and professional look.
Wholesale samples are only available when the Wholesale Sampling option is listed on our website. Please check our website before ordering. If you do not see the sampling option available, samples are not being offered at that time.
The number of shades you can select depends on the product and quantity you order. Please review the product description to see how many shade options are included, then make sure the total quantity of all shades adds up to the quantity purchased. For example, if you order 20 products, the quantities listed for each shade must equal 20.
