Beauty Blueprint System Terms & Agreement

Please read these Terms & Agreement carefully before purchasing the Beauty Blueprint System.

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using the Beauty Blueprint System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Digital Product

The Beauty Blueprint System is a digital educational product offered by Solid Collection Cosmetics.

No physical product will be shipped.

Your purchase provides access to proprietary educational materials, business resources, strategies, manufacturer information, and other digital content included within the Beauty Blueprint System.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the Beauty Blueprint System and the immediate access provided to proprietary information, resources, and manufacturer contacts, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations once the product has been purchased and access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description and everything included within the Beauty Blueprint System.

3. Immediate Access

After your purchase is successfully completed, you may receive immediate access to the Beauty Blueprint System through a download link, email, online platform, or other digital delivery method.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and maintain access to the email account used during checkout.

4. Six Manufacturer Resources

The Beauty Blueprint System currently includes information for six trusted beauty manufacturers, along with educational guidance designed to help purchasers better understand how to communicate, order, customize products, price products, market their businesses, and build manufacturer relationships.

Solid Collection Cosmetics has independently worked with or developed relationships with the manufacturers included in the Blueprint. However, these manufacturers are separate third-party businesses and are not employees, subsidiaries, partners, or agents of Solid Collection Cosmetics.

5. Manufacturer Information May Change

Manufacturer pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping rates, production timelines, product availability, contact information, policies, customization options, and other business terms may change at any time.

Solid Collection Cosmetics cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will maintain the same prices, services, products, contact information, or business policies indefinitely.

Purchasers are responsible for confirming all current information directly with the manufacturer before placing an order.

6. Your Manufacturer Relationship Is Your Responsibility

Once you contact or conduct business with a manufacturer, that relationship and any resulting transaction are between you and that manufacturer.

You are responsible for:

  • Communicating directly with the manufacturer
  • Requesting and reviewing samples
  • Confirming pricing and minimum order quantities
  • Reviewing product ingredients and specifications
  • Approving product and packaging designs
  • Reviewing invoices
  • Paying manufacturer and shipping costs
  • Confirming production timelines
  • Conducting your own research and due diligence
  • Ensuring products comply with applicable laws and regulations for your business

Solid Collection Cosmetics is not responsible for losses, delays, quality disputes, damaged shipments, customs charges, incorrect orders, manufacturer communication issues, or other disputes arising from a purchaser’s independent relationship with a third-party manufacturer.

7. Personal Business Use Only

Your purchase provides a single-user license to use the Beauty Blueprint System for your own educational and business purposes.

You may use the manufacturer information to contact the manufacturers and build relationships for your own beauty business.

You may NOT:

  • Share the Blueprint with friends, family members, clients, or other businesses
  • Sell or resell the Blueprint
  • Sell or redistribute our manufacturer list
  • Copy and distribute pages from the Blueprint
  • Upload the Blueprint to social media, websites, groups, courses, membership platforms, or file-sharing services
  • Repackage our materials as your own digital product
  • Provide your login or download access to another individual
  • Reproduce or distribute our written educational content without authorization

Each person or business wishing to access the Beauty Blueprint System must purchase their own copy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Beauty Blueprint System, including its written content, layout, educational materials, strategies, graphics, resources, compilation of manufacturer information, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Solid Collection Cosmetics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing the Beauty Blueprint System does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal business education.

9. No Guaranteed Results

The Beauty Blueprint System is provided for educational and informational purposes.

We do not guarantee that purchasing or implementing the information in this system will result in a specific amount of revenue, profit, sales, customers, social media growth, business funding, or other financial or business result.

Any examples of sales, revenue, business growth, or results shared by Solid Collection Cosmetics are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

Your results depend on many factors, including your execution, products, pricing, marketing, consistency, customer demand, financial decisions, and market conditions.

10. Business and Educational Disclaimer

The Beauty Blueprint System contains information based on our business experience and knowledge.

Nothing within the Blueprint should be considered legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice for your individual business when necessary.

11. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You knowingly purchased a digital product
  • You were informed of the price before completing your purchase
  • You were informed that the product is non-refundable
  • You understand that digital access may be provided immediately after purchase
  • You agree to these Terms & Agreement as a condition of your purchase

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Solid Collection Cosmetics reserves the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution reviewing the dispute.

Documentation may include your order confirmation, transaction records, IP or device information when available, acceptance of these terms, digital delivery records, download or access records, emails, and other information demonstrating that the product was purchased and delivered.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

12. Unauthorized Sharing

If we reasonably determine that a purchaser has copied, resold, redistributed, shared, or otherwise provided unauthorized access to the Beauty Blueprint System, we reserve the right to revoke access without refund and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

13. Updates to the Blueprint

We may periodically update, revise, add, or remove information within the Beauty Blueprint System.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase, purchasing the Blueprint does not guarantee that any particular manufacturer, resource, feature, bonus, or piece of content will remain available permanently.

14. Agreement to Terms

By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you confirm that:

I understand that all sales are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law, and I agree not to copy, share, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Beauty Blueprint System or its contents.
